Aseptico remains committed to protecting your online privacy. We will only use the information you provide to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. Our online store uses "cookies" to enhance your shopping experience and to track your current shopping basket. These small files reside on your browser and help to distinguish you from other shoppers. Be assured that NONE of your personal information will be traded, sold or rented to ANY outside person or agency for ANY reason.

Shipping

Shipping charges are based on the current UPS rates. While shopping our site, your basket contains not only your items, but the shipping weight of each item. During the checkout process, the total weight or your order along with the "Ship To:" address are used to give you the shipping cost prior to final payment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, although some items such as Electronic and Portable systems have a 3-4 week lead time.

Return Policies

No returns without prior authorization. Return authorizations are not issued for items which are out of Aseptico's possession for more than 30 days. A 25% restock fee may apply. Call 800-426-5913 for a Return Authorization number. You must clearly indicate your RA number on the outside of your return packaging for acceptance.

Warranty

Aseptico warrants manufactured products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year, from date of original invoice. Some handpieces are warranted for one year under the same conditions. Other handpieces and expendable components such as light bulbs, are covered by shorter warranty periods, or are not warranted. Aseptico's sole obligation under product warranty is (at its sole option and discretion) to repair or replace any defective component or product in part or whole. Aseptico shall be the sole arbiter of such action.

In the event of alleged defect under warranty, the purchaser is to notify Aseptico's Customer Service Department promptly. Customer Service will provide instructions, usually directing that the product be returned for service. Shipment to Aseptico and the cost thereof is always the responsibility of the purchaser.

Accidental misuse, inappropriate installation, or failure to perform directed maintenance voids the warranty.

Aseptico does not assume, under this warranty, any risks or liabilities arising from the clinical use of its products, whether or not such use involves coincidental utilization of products manufactured by others.

Aseptico makes no warranty other than that stated above, express or implied.

Note: In the interest of serving our customers more efficiently, customers receiving service on non-warranted repairs are expected to accept charges that are less than $250.00 without further notification.

Handpiece Advisory:

NOTICE & WARNING
The FDA and ADA have issued public advisories stating that dental handpieces can overheat during use, to the point of causing serious skin and soft tissue burns if the handpieces are not consistently cleaned, lubricated, maintained and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

**IMPORTANT - PATIENT & PROVIDER SAFETY**
It is the responsibility of purchaser/user of each dental handpiece to strictly follow and adhere to the manufacturer's instructions (enclosed with the product*) for the proper use, care, maintenance, servicing and lubrication of dental handpieces and the electric motors that power them. The purchaser should ensure that all individuals using the dental handpieces have read and are familiar with the manufacturer's instructions and with this Notice & Warning.

It is strongly recommended that a written log at all times be maintained for each handpiece (and motor) placed in service, recording therein the date and description of all service to and maintenance of the handpiece (or motor).

The manufacturer(s) and vendors of the handpieces and motors shall not be liable for any injury or damage resulting in whole or in part from (a) the purchaser/user's failure to fully comply with the manufacturer's instructions for the use, care, maintenance, servicing and lubrication of dental handpieces and the electric motors or (b) neglect, carelessness, negligence or misuse of the handpiece (or motor) by the purchaser or the purchaser's staff, associates, employees or contractors.
